Your bespoke bed or mattress order will go for a manufacturing preparation, Meaning arranging all the parts colours , fabric and wood sizes etc.
Yes you can check your junk or spam folder for order details, paper invoice can be provided.

You can change or cancel your order within first 48hours, once its in production it will remain your property.
We Use furniture Dedicated Couriers Such as BJS, Harpoon Logistics, and J7nt Couriers .Each and every package is tracked. However putting your order number in to track order will track the status of your order.
